Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@astraspace.in and we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

Process

Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
