Digital products — refund window

Because our products are downloadable digital files, refunds are handled case-by-case. If the kit doesn't meet the description OR doesn't load for you, email connect@astraspace.in within 7 days of purchase and we'll either fix the issue or refund.

No refund conditions

If you've downloaded the files and used them, no refund. This is standard for digital products.
